Programming

The Nashville Junior Chamber offers two signature programs to members and non-members in the community. The goal of this programming is to help members develop personally and professionally.

The Leadership Institute

Fall, Annually

Every fall, Nashville Junior Chamber hosts a preeminent professional development course called The Leadership Institute. The Leadership Institute offers a bespoke 8 week training program for 15 of Nashville’s rising leaders led by two of Nashville’s most influential CEOs.

Once accepted, course participants can expect to enhance their leadership skills by learning and practicing public speaking, conflict resolution, and effective interoffice leadership and communication skills with their peers.

Open to NJC members and non-members.

Council

Spring, Annually

Annual program of 6-8 person cohorts that meet monthly with the purpose of having deeper conversations. Each group serves as a ‘council’ for each participating member of friends and advisors to serve as a monthly sounding board, and space to share experiences to process through challenges, goals, wins, and losses.

Councils are dedicated to offering members 3 things:

  1. Meaningful relationships

  2. Personal growth, emotional intelligence, self-awareness

  3. Professional Tools and insights.
