Nashville young professionals will leave the NJC Leadership Conference with new personal and professional techniques to elevate their careers to the next level. Through breakout sessions with notable Nashvillians in a myriad of industries, conference attendees will learn from industry experts. Breakout sessions will cover a range of topics from a negotiation skills workshop, to combatting imposter syndrome, to the power of personal branding, and much more. Through our Next in Nash panel discussion on Thursday, April 9, conference attendees will learn about Metro Transit's "Choose How You Move" program from civic leaders who are integral to the program's implementation. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn how they can be civically engaged as a young professional.

There is no shortage of nonprofits in Nashville ready to meet the needs of our community. This conference will educate attendees on ways they can give back to the community and the organizations available to help at. There will be a dedicated breakout session where attendees will hear from one of Nashville's leading nonprofit executives!

The NJC Leadership Conference will have multiple opportunities for young professionals to build their networks and have a chance to connect with seasoned Nashville leaders. On Thursday evening, attendees are invited for a cocktail and networking hour before the Next in Nash panel, where they will be able to taste the signature flavors of several local restaurants. After the conference concludes on Friday afternoon, attendees are invited to continue networking next door at Barrel Proof!

Kick off the Nashville Junior Chamber Leadership Conference with Next in Nash, a dynamic panel discussion addressing key civic topics impacting young professionals in our city. The 2025 Leadership Conference conversation focused on the transformative East Bank Development, featuring insights from experts at Metro Planning, Hastings Architecture, and other key stakeholders.At the 2026 Conference, our Next in Nash panel discussion will center around Metro Transit's "Choose How You Move" Program! Civic leaders from the Metro Advisory Committee on Transportation, WeGo, and Metro Government will educate attendees on the impact of the "Choose How You Move" Program and answer your questions. Before the panel, attendees are invited for a cocktail hour featuring stations from several beloved local restaurants to get a taste of their signature flavors. Join us as we explore the future of Nashville’s growth and opportunities for young leaders to make an impact.
