The Third Annual Nashville Junior Chamber Leadership Conference is a two-day event designed to empower and inspire young professionals.
Nashville Junior Chamber Leadership Conference attendees will participate in engaging breakout sessions led by industry experts, explore key topics during a civic panel featuring Nashville’s top leaders, and enjoy enhanced networking opportunities with peers and mentors. Whether you’re looking to develop your leadership skills, expand your professional network, or make a positive impact in your community, this event is tailored to help you grow and connect.
Our 2025 Leadership Conference attracted over 100 attendees and featured Sean Henry, CEO of the Nashville Predators, as our keynote speaker. We hosted 12 breakout sessions such as "Negotiation Skills for Effective Leadership" with Jamie Leddin, "It's What You Do Next" with Meghan Barry, "AI for Everyday: Tools and Tactics to Elevate Your Career" with Davis Dudchock, and many more. Join us this year to hear from other great innovators and leaders to facilitate personal and professional growth!

Have you applied to the NJC Council Program? Join us for an interest session!
The NJC Council program consists of 6-8 person councils that meet monthly, with the purpose of having deeper conversations/relationships. Each group serves as a ‘council’ for each participating member of friends and advisors to serve as a monthly sounding board and space to share experiences to process challenges, goals, wins and losses.
This is a mandatory training session for applicants and it will include a mock council meeting.
Join us for a fun evening of learning about all that Council entails and the benefits or participating. We have a hard kick-off at 6:00 p.m., so please arrive on time.

- Apply the Three Phases of Presence to any in-person interaction-
- Prepare intentionally so you show up with curiosity and purpose
- Make others feel seen, valued, and respected in real conversations
- Follow up in ways that build trust and momentum long after the event ends
This workshop is ideal for professionals who want to network with authenticity, introverts who want practical tools that work for them, and anyone ready to move beyond surface-level connections.

Your ticket includes your first drink, food and two hours with some of the most social and connected people in Nashville.

Welcome to the Nashville Junior Chamber 2025 Fall Invitational!
Mark your calendars and dust off your clubs! The Nashville Junior Chamber's Annual Fall Invitational Golf Tournament returns on October 24th. Forget about the office for a day and join us for a round of great golf and even better company!
Tickets include breakfast, lunch, drinks, and a chance to win a host of awesome prizes. We're excited to invite you to our 2025 Fall Invitational, an 18-hole golf tournament with business and community leaders. Bring your co-workers and friends to join us on Friday, October 24th, from 6:45 AM to 1 PM at GreyStone Golf Club!
A team of 4 can play for $600, or come and make some friends as a single player for $175.
Registration will open at 6:30 AM. The tournament will kick off with an early bird shotgun start, followed by a lunch reception, speakers, and awards in the clubhouse. Don’t miss out on this exciting event!
