Nashville's Premier Young Professional Organization
Founded in 1921, the NJC stands firm on our core purpose of developing our members both personally and professionally. We are individuals who take the initiative to grow by making new connections and giving back to the community.
Who We Are
The Nashville Junior Chamber was founded in 1921 for the purpose of offering civic and social opportunities for young professionals in the Nashville area. As our organization evolved, these opportunities changed and adapted accordingly. We focus on professional development, civic involvement, philanthropy, and networking.
How You Can Get Involved
There are lots of ways for you to get involved. From attending our events or volunteering in hands-on philanthropic opportunities to committees and leadership roles, NJC wants to develop you professionally and personally.

Check out a Meeting!
Membership meetings are a great way to get a taste of the NJC! Meetings are usually held the 4th Tuesday of each month.
Networking with free beer and snacks is held between 5:30 and 6:00 pm. At 6:00 pm the program begins.
Members and Leaders of the Nashville Community speak about issues facing Nashville, entrepreneurism, and ways to develop Nashville’s Young Professinals. To find out who will be speaking each month, sign up for newsletter or follow us on Facebook!
“The Junior Chamber has made a major impact in my life by providing a way to give back to the community with other young professionals. In addition, the NJC has been a great place to establish a network of both professional relationships as well as friendships that I hope last for years to come.”
