The Third Annual Nashville Junior Chamber Leadership Conference is a two-day event designed to empower and inspire young professionals.

Our 2025 Leadership Conference attracted over 100 attendees and featured Sean Henry, CEO of the Nashville Predators, as our keynote speaker. We hosted 12 breakout sessions such as "Negotiation Skills for Effective Leadership" with Jamie Leddin, "It's What You Do Next" with Meghan Barry, "AI for Everyday: Tools and Tactics to Elevate Your Career" with Davis Dudchock, and many more.
