The Junior Chamber's First Friday Lunch features an exclusive opportunity for both an intimate conversation with a local business leader as well as focused networking with a small group of young professionals.

Santi Tefel has spent 10 years building a career in the private banking industry. His polished, professional demeanor and work ethic has quickly allowed him a variety of experiences including an international banking internship, Operational bank Manager and he currently serves as the Assistant vice President of Private Client Services for a local start up Bank focused on high net worth clientele. Santi has worked directly with the CEO and organization's leadership Team. Santi is well recognized in the community and has been honored as one of Nashville's "Top 30 under 30" and most recently by the Chamber of Commerce as one of "Nashville Emerging Leaders". He is a current executive board member of the Young Leaders Councils and founding member of the Young Professionals Board for the Make a Wish Foundation of Middle Tennessee. In 2011, Santi was appointed by Mayor Karl Dean of Nashville as a City Commissioner of the Metro Arts Board. In 2011, Santi was also awarded the "Young Leader fo the Year" by the Young Leaders Council.
