Every fall, Nashville Junior Chamber hosts a preeminent professional development course called The Leadership Institute. The Leadership Institute offers a bespoke 8 week training program for 15 of Nashville’s rising leaders led by three of Nashville’s most influential CEOs.

Course participants can expect to enhance their leadership skills by learning and practicing public speaking, conflict resolution, and effective interoffice leadership and communication skills with their peers.

Course attendance is mandatory, but excused absences can be discussed on a case-by-case basis with instructors. In addition to class time, there will be research, preparation, and small homework assignments each week.
