NOTICE OF PROPOSED BYLAW CHANGE

Pursuant to Article XII of the Bylaws of the Nashville Area Junior Chamber of Commerce (NAJCC), notice is hereby given that a proposed amendment to:

Article IV, Section 1, 2, 3(c), 4, 6(d), 8(c); Article VI, Section 7(a); Article VII, Section 1, 3(d), 5; Article X, Section 8, 14;

of the NAJCC Bylaws shall be voted on at the next meeting of the Board of Governors to be held at 6:00pm on March 22nd, 2021 at Foxfuel Creative (1204 16th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37212). An unedited copy of the Existing Bylaws and a redlined copy of the Proposed Bylaws are provided herewithin, with all changes marked in red and underlined.
