NOTICE OF PROPOSED BYLAW CHANGE
Pursuant to Article XII of the Bylaws of the Nashville Area Junior Chamber of Commerce (NAJCC), notice is hereby given that a proposed amendment to:
Article III, Sections 1 and 6;
of the NAJCC Bylaws shall be voted on at the next meeting of the Board of Governors to be held on September 9th, 2019 at a location to be determined by the Board of Governors. An unedited copy of the Existing Bylaws and a redlined copy of the Proposed Bylaws are provided herewith, with all changes marked in red and underlined.
