The Four Pillars define our focus as an organization. It's how we achieve our mission to develop our members personally and professionally by maximizing our individual and collective potential.

Professional Development

Learn from peers and seasoned professionals. Attend a CEO Roundtable event and learn from some of Nashville's most respected business leaders. This is your opportunity to ask questions and connect with business leaders in a variety of fields. Each fall NJC hosts The Leadership Institute where selected participants learn what it takes to be a strong leader in all facets of your professional and personal life.

Civic Involvement

We have a long history of participation in our city's civic life. Members have the opportunity to enjoy exclusive discussions with local political figures including Metro City Council members at our Council Roundtable events and the mayor of Nashville at Coffee With The Mayor. Whether you're interested in running for political office, learning about the latest news around the city, or sharing your opinion, NJC gives you a voice.

Philanthropy

Give back to the Nashville community through fundraising events and service projects. Each year we host events to raise funds for our charity partner of the year. From Sips & Kicks to our famous Ragin' Cajun Crawfish Boil, you can help plan or simply attend these events and make a difference. Beyond large-scale philanthropic events, NJC also hosts weekend volunteer hands-on experiences that benefit various community organizations.

Meet and greet young professionals and community leaders in professional and social environments. From mixers at Sounds games to our monthly membership meetings, members have opportunities to network and build professional and personal connections.
